Concerns can be shared with a manager, HR/Compliance, or the whistleblower channel. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent allowed by law, and good-faith reporters are protected.

Tell your manager or Compliance in writing as soon as you’re aware. We’ll document it and agree on safeguards.
Will I lose status if I report?
No. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
