    Ethics guide every choice we make, from sourcing and lab work to sales and service. We act fairly, respectfully, and transparently, and when something is unclear, we pause, ask, and choose the right path.
  • Trust with clients & partners
    We share facts early, set clear expectations, and keep records accurate. Confidential information stays protected, and any potential conflict of interest is disclosed before it can affect decisions.
  • Workplace integrity & safety
    Everyone is treated with dignity. We follow safety rules, use the required PPE, and report hazards or incidents immediately so work stays respectful, healthy, and productive for all.
  • Scientific & operational integrity
    Data is recorded truthfully using validated methods and calibrated equipment. Materials and results remain traceable end-to-end, and any change goes through formal change control before it’s used.
  • Environmental & social responsibility
    We use resources responsibly, manage waste and effluents as required by law, and choose suppliers who do the same. Our community efforts are transparent and compliant.

    Concerns can be shared with a manager, HR/Compliance, or the whistleblower channel. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent allowed by law, and good-faith reporters are protected.

    Tell your manager or Compliance in writing as soon as you’re aware. We’ll document it and agree on safeguards.

    No. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

    The Board’s Audit & Governance Committees with the Compliance team maintain and enforce this Code.
