Sales Executive – Chemical

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive – Chemical Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team at Vikram Thermo (India) Ltd. The ideal candidate will focus on business development, customer engagement, and promoting our chemical product range across assigned territories. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–6 years of experience in chemical or industrial sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts.
  • Understanding of chemical products and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers within assigned regions.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Present and demonstrate chemical products to potential clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars for product promotion.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Negotiate prices, credit terms, and sales contracts with customers.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and technical teams for seamless order execution.
